ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY REFORM

In this case, members of the StratACUMEN team worked with three groups of stakeholders with differing goals and objectives. Using a variety of consensus-building techniques and, over time, building clusters of smaller agreements, the team was able to help the three stakeholder groups to sign off on a mutually acceptable policy reform agenda.

 

This agenda was based equally on scientific and economic imperatives. This agenda is now being implemented by the regulatory agency involved.
