In this case, members of the StratACUMEN team worked with the board members of a medium-size nonprofit organization to improve the return on investment (ROI) of their fundraising activities. Using nonprofit marketing and fundraising best practices, the team was able to improve donor segmentation, donor and potential donor communications, enhance stewardship activities, increase the number, size, and frequency of donations, increase donor retention, and reduce fundraising expenditures per dollar raised. These activities resulted in a significant ROI increase.
