LOCATION ANALYSIS AND PROFIT MAXIMIZATION STUDY

In this case, members of the StratACUMEN team worked with an investor to identify a number of development locations for a chain of retail/customer service units, sequence their development, and build profit maximization models for each unit.

 

Currently three of the ten planned units are operational and two are in development.
